Leith Hoffensetz is an Australian qualified lawyer with some 17 years experience in the legal field.
Leith has approximately ten years in-house legal experience, having worked with a number of large multinational corporations, both in Australia and the Middle East. Leith’s expertise lies in real estate and commercial transactions; including retail, residential, commercial and hospitality.
After obtaining a grounding in real estate and property laws in Australia in private practice, Leith moved in-house to Harvey Norman Holdings Limited, a publicly listed company in Australia. Harvey Norman had a strong retail history combined with an ambitious property growth plan.
Leith relocated to Dubai, UAE in 2006 in order to promote and expand the real estate portfolio business of the Al Futtaim Group. Having worked for Al Futtaim for 3 years, Leith has now joined Al Bahar & Associates as a legal consultant and will expand and promote the real estate and general commercial areas of the practice.
